All sessions are by appointment only.
Covid has changed things for now. All appointments are currently
via telehealth. We use a secure version of Zoom that is HIPAA
compliant to protect the confidentiality of our sessions.
If other electronic communication is required, such as via
email, it is only with your consent.
If this is your first appointment, please have your insurance
information available. Without it, we cannot bill the insurance
and will then expect payment from you. You may email that
information to us if you are comfortable doing so. Copays
are requested at the time of each session. We do not accept
credit or debit cards. Payments can be made by sending a check
or via PayPal.
Reminder - The scheduled time is reserved for just you. Please
help us with our scheduling. To avoid being charged for a
missed or late cancelled appointment we require 24 hours prior
notice for a change or cancellation.
